The new project website is 25% complete and the design of the actual product has begun.

The first release of the product is going to be a basic version just so we can just see how this type of project will be received by the community and also to test the infrastructure that we are putting in place.

Right now I don’t believe we need more client updates, what we need is an online reason to actually buy and mine BBQcoin other than to just trade them for other coins.

The main aim for a currency is to be able to spend it and not just solely trade it.

A quote I like to go by is “Better to have tried and failed, than to have never tried at all”

Even if this project does not take off even though it should, I have a feeling that other Alt-coin developers might be at least interested in the concept.

After this project is up and running my next one is going to be about giving something back to all the fantastic users that have supported BBQcoin and continue to to so, without you BBQcoin would be nothing.
