Notes

"From microCoin Website" microCoin is one of the latest in the progress of cryptocurrency and e-payment solutions offering many interesting features for miners, users and investors. microCoin has been made with the primary purposes of being a convenient way of storing, transferring and gaining wealth. It offers the same functionality and benefits bitcoin does, but adds and improves on the many flaws that bitcoin and many other cryptocurrencies have. mining microCoin uses scrypt-jane POW/POS mining with modified nFactor. With the modified nFactor the coin will keep decreasing in GPU mining power. GPU mining power will slowly decrease and GPU mining will become a lot slower than it was during the start. This function helps microCoin be more resistant to ASIC or FPGA miners, maintaining value and a safe mining profit for GPU and CPU miners. As FPGA miners are already nearing and regular scrypt currencies will become overrun by big hashing power, GPU miners will need another algorithm to hop onto. This would probably be scrypt-jane with modified nFactor as it is easy to mine with a GPU, but offers greater resistance to custom miners than regular scrypt.
