Recharge.finance works by applying a 5% fee to each transaction and instantly splitting that fee among all holders of the token.
Holders do not need to stake or wait for fees to be delivered. Fees are awarded by the smart contract and are immediately reflected in the holders balance.
There's no chance of losing funds due to an attack, no gas fees to "harvest" your rewards. Tokens are in your wallet and they are growing with every single transaction.
Here at R3FI, we have been keeping very busy with our upcoming bridge to BSC which is in its final stages getting prepped for release! While keeping busy on the bridge we noticed a recurring comment about our beloved ape mascot, and how many were starting to attach a negative connotation with projects featuring a meme or animal logo or mascot.
We decided that moving forward we will be switching to a more reflecting branding style and theme, to better represent the dedication, direction, and innovative passion that fuels R3FI. Going forward we will be rebranding the DeFi project currently known as R3FI, to the new brand; Recharge Finance. You will notice these branding changes across the website, and social media accounts. Soon we will migrate to a new URL which will be announced shorty.
Early in the projects conception it was made clear that there was a shared view that blockchain and cryptocurrencies were too powerful technologies to be used for financial gain exclusively, and it would be a disservice to our present and future users to not explore that front at length. While in our fledgling stages, it was decided we would continue to explore charitable, and hybrid charitable-financial use cases.
To allow us to appropriately allocate our time, we needed to narrow down our objectives and it was agreed that we had many members that were concerned about the conservation of the worlds diverse array of primates, and great apes. The mascot was chosen to stay, and we’ve been busy ever since!
We chose this time to rebrand to Recharge specifically to time it along with the release of our bridge. The bridge is a significant step in the right direction to start exploring innovative use cases with our token, and we want our branding to accurately represent where we are going. We would like to thank everyone that has been a part of the project so far for their commitment. We are community driven and all the progress made comes from donated time and pockets.
We have a bright future, and this is only the beginning!
1. Install an add-on Ethereum (ETH) wallet such as MetaMask in your browser.
2. Transfer ETH from an exchange (e.g. Binance) to your MetaMask wallet.
